The New Jersey Primary Care Association's 23 Community Health Centers know what it is like to receive help when you are hit by a hurricane. We are pleased to reach out to our friends in Texas and return the support that we received from Direct Relief in 2012.

Direct Relief has supported New Jersey Health Centers with more than $20 million in donations of medicine and medical supplies since 2008. After Hurricane Sandy, the immediate delivery of medical supplies and equipment helped New Jersey Community Health Centers become operational so that we were able to provide crucially needed care to patients. In addition, ongoing grants and $390,00 in emergency cash aid also greatly contributed to Community Health Centers' recovery.

Please make a donation to help. All donations will go to Direct Relief. We want our Texas friends to know that we are there for them like they were there for us. Let's show them that we are Community Health Center strong, no matter where we are located.
